We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Customer Support Specialist (English speaking) in Cyprus office – a certified Great Place to Work®.

Reporting to: Head of Customer Experience

Please note that this position is for candidates located in Cyprus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by telephone, email and live chat
  • Educating clients on how to use the Company’s website and trading platforms
  • Communicating with clients regarding the company’s products and services via telephone, email and live chat
  • Assisting other departments

Candidate Profile:

  • Knowledge and experience in Forex industry
  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Ability to work rotation shifts Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00, 12:30 -20:30 & 16:00 – 00:00
  • Ability to work on public holidays and 1 Saturday & Sunday a month
