The role: Customer Support Specialist/ Virtual Team Manager

We are helping our associates to find and recruit urgently a talented Customer Support Specialist to join their modern offices and tech-driven, forward-thinking team in either Nicosia or Limassol.

Responsibilities:

• Interview, engage, and train individuals who will be providing their services for our clients through our platform.
• Guide and support your teams by communicating, collaborating, monitoring, and assisting them effectively.
• Managing your time and daily tasks, as well as scheduling, analyzing,g and evaluating the performance of the freelancers.
• Add your contribution and value to the team! Work on projects and ideas that will optimize and enhance the quality of the services we offer to our clients.
• Contribute your ideas and efforts to the team by working on side projects and initiatives that will improve and elevate the quality of services provided to our clients.

Requirements:

• Any experience or background in Human Resources, Management/Administration, Customer Support, Marketing, or any other relevant field.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
