Main duties:

– Respond to customer enquiries by webchat, email and telephone.

– Resolve service issues, investigate concerns and escalate requests when needed.

– Deliver accurate support and promote safer-gaming practices.

Requirements:

– Native-level Greek and fluent English.

– Strong communication and active-listening skills.

– Computer proficiency and ability to work under pressure.

– Ability to work rotational shifts; previous experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule:

– Rotational pattern of four days on and two days off.
