Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Limassol/Larnaca

On behalf of our client, an industry-leading provider of high-quality turnkey solutions gaming platforms we are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will join their team in Limassol.

The company is strived to provide only the highest quality cutting-edge gaming platform, along with the know-how and full customer support service for online casino and sportsbook operators in search of a one-stop business solution. Licensed out of U.K and Malta with offices in Cyprus, and Israel.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system and email.

·        Answering clients’ requests.

·        Promoting products and services to clients.

·        Optimize customers’ satisfaction.

·        Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet clients’ needs.

·        Maintaining professionalism in all instances.

 

Requirements:

·        Experience preferred but not mandatory.

·        Excellent command of the English language.

·        Attention to detail and quality of work.

·        Computer literate and proficient user of Excel.

·        European citizenship.

·        Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation; (08.00 – 16.00, 16.00 – 00.00, 00.00 – 08.00)
