Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position in Athens: Customer Support Engineer What you’ll do: •Provide technical support to customers (phone, email, or on-site) •Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products •Assist in preparing and tracking offers with the sales team •Communicate with suppliers for special requests •Support sales with technical input •Visit customers for diagnostics or assistance •Keep records of interactions and feedback •Stay informed about products and industry trends
