We’re seeking a Customer Support Agent who is open-minded, willing to learn, and curious about expanding their knowledge. What We’re Looking For:

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be doing the essential work of keeping our clients happy and informed.

  • Assisting clients in a friendly, helpful manner across various channels, including live chat, telephone, and email. You are the voice and face of our company.
  • Educating clients on our company’s platforms, trading products, and all key procedures, specifically for account opening, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Analyzing and investigating trades to resolve client queries and technical issues.
  • Maintaining the company’s high standard of client communication in every interaction.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure all department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, focusing particularly on swift response times and high client satisfaction levels.
  • Handling complaints in a professional and courteous manner, turning potential issues into positive experiences.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should embody our core values, driving high Productivity and Efficiency, ensuring Quality and Accuracy, delivering an excellent Customer Experience, and demonstrating Adherence to Schedule.

No prior experience in Customer Support is required, as full training will be provided to all successful candidates.

However, the following will be considered beneficial and demonstrate a strong aptitude for the role:

  • Familiarity with MT4/MT5 or other trade platforms is a plus.
  • An existing, solid understanding of financial markets is an advantage.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Creatio, or another CRM system is helpful.
  • Knowledge in FX (Foreign Exchange) will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English will also be considered a significant advantage.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 

  • 06:00 – 14:00
  • 08:00 – 16:00,
  • 12:00 – 20:00
  • 16:00 – 00:00

*The working shifts are applicable on a weekly rotational basis, with a mandatory shift on a weekend day each month.
