Customer Success Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Customer Success Manager.

Salary:

– €1,600–2,200 per month.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Larnaka.

Main duties:

– Serve as an early technical contact for prospective and onboarding customers.

– Understand business use cases and turn them into clear technical requirements.

– Support presales conversations, explain product capabilities and help shape accurate proposals.

– Build deep knowledge of voice agents, chat agents, transcription and AI analytics.

– Write solution specifications and configure customer implementations, including conversation flows and prompt logic.

– Read and adapt embedded C#/.NET snippets for variables, conditions, strings and workflow data.

– Deliver straightforward API integrations by reading documentation, mapping fields, handling authentication, testing endpoints and resolving failures.

– Identify requirements beyond platform capability and give the development team complete specifications.

– Coordinate customers, sales and engineering through onboarding and provide post-launch adoption support.

Requirements:

– Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related technical field.

– Customer success, solutions engineering, technical support, implementation or similar customer-facing experience.

– Programming fundamentals and ability to read and understand code.

– Working knowledge of REST, JSON, HTTP methods and status codes, webhooks and API authentication.

– Ability to read technical documentation and troubleshoot before escalating.

– Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

– Ability to write specifications and manage several customer projects.

– AI platforms, C#/.NET or another object-oriented language, Postman, SaaS integrations, prompt engineering, telephony, CRM or booking APIs are advantages.
