Customer Success Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Customer Success Manager.

Salary:

– €16,900–€23,400 per year.

Employment type:

– Full-time employment.

Work arrangement:

– Hybrid work in Larnaca after the probation period, with two remote days and three office days per week.

Main duties:

– Follow up with prospects and manage open quotations through to a clear outcome.

– Guide new customers through signup, activation, the customer portal and support channels.

– Maintain regular contact to confirm satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.

– Identify suitable upgrades, add-ons and cross-selling opportunities.

– Monitor retention risks and take timely action to protect customer relationships.

– Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and activity records in the CRM.

– Support reseller relationships and coordinate with technical, support and commercial teams.

– Protect confidential information and meet agreed service and follow-up deadlines.

Requirements:

– One to three years of experience in customer success, account management, sales support or a comparable client-facing role.

– Experience in hosting, IT or SaaS is an advantage.

– Basic understanding of VPS, dedicated servers, networking or cloud services.

– Ability to explain technical services clearly to non-technical customers.

– Confidence communicating by phone, email and chat, including proactive outbound follow-up.

– Experience with CRM systems.

– Strong organisation, initiative and attention to detail.

– Very good command of English.
