Who are we looking for? We are looking for an engineer with strong communication skills and a real interest for better and effective customer experience.
You will be member of the Sales Division.
Your role is located in our offices in Efkarpia, Thessaloniki , and you will be next to our clients, project based, since you’re responsible to answer any inquiries they have about our systems and the projects technical specs.
In specific, you will collaborate with the sales team to consult and advice on aluminium requirements handling regional and internal projects/projects stakeholders directly.
You will conduct static studies regarding the appropriate profile selection during the project’s designing phase and participate in creating the technoeconomical proposals using the company’s cost estimation tool.
You will be responsible for carrying-out project analysis including complete technical support and value engineering to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Communication & customer support is your second skin.
The stakeholders you’re coming in touch with could be architects, private individuals, fabricators, or the group’s subsidiaries.
