Customer Care Manager (Interior Designer) at Golden Careers Recruitment

Our client, a fast-growing real estate firm based in Limassol, is dedicated to transforming the property market in Cyprus through innovation, quality, and exceptional customer service. They are currently looking for a Customer Care Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth experience from the signing of the sales agreement to property delivery and throughout the warranty period, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide clients with all required information following the completion of sales agreements.
• Manage client requests for property customization, including interior design, furniture, appliances, and layout alterations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, including organizing meetings when necessary.
• Liaise with the Project Management and Design Teams for updates on construction and design progress.
• Oversee the property handover process to clients.
• Support clients during the property warranty period.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Greek is essential, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
• Proven experience in customer service or a client-facing role is required, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Previous experience in the construction or real estate industry is a strong advantage, providing familiarity with processes and terminology.
• A university degree, preferably in business, communications, real estate, or a related field.
