Job responsibilities: Oversee all Sandblu creative projects, from concept to execution, in alignment with the Brand Marketing Strategy and the resort’s goals Translate marketing briefs into fresh creative concepts and deliverables Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously with the same attention to detail Develop and design a wide range of assets, including: Logo applications and brand elements Marketing collaterals(brochures, presentations, decks etc) Menus, invitations, and on-property materials Campaign visuals and advertising assets Website, social media and digital content Ad hoc design needs for special events, press and fam trips, retreats, weddings and more Bring creative input and fresh conceptual thinking into every project the marketing team runs.
Maintain and organize creative libraries, brand assets and physical archives Lead and oversee print production specifications, ensuring premium quality output.
Curate materials, finishes, and formats in line with a luxury aesthetic Oversee all design elements across touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive brand presence.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their needs and deliver tailored creative solutions and materials on-time.
Work closely with Marketing to ensure all output is aligned with the overall brand concept and strategy.
