Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Corporate Administrator.

Salary:

– €19,500–24,000 yearly.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– On-site.

Main duties:

– Handle daily corporate administration and prepare and file documents.

– Draft contracts, powers of attorney, resolutions, AGM papers and notices.

– Review legal documents including loan, share-purchase and subordination agreements.

– Enter primary-document data into corporate databases.

– Prepare and submit forms for corporate changes and obtain certificates from authorities.

– Incorporate companies in multiple jurisdictions and maintain statutory files.

– Translate documents when required.

– Communicate with lawyers, auditors, authorities and local or international banks.

– Prepare bank-submission documents.

– Collect and review KYC and due-diligence records and support compliance work.

– Use Wisebos, Zygos and World-Check systems.

Requirements:

– Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance or a related field is preferred.

– One to three years of proven corporate-administration experience is mandatory.

– Knowledge of Cyprus corporate law and cross-border document certification.

– Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills and professional typing ability.

– Zygos knowledge is advantageous.

– Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.

– Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and work reliably in a demanding environment.

– Strong teamwork, credibility, trustworthiness and professional ethics.
