We are an Administrative Service Provider regulated by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). We provide a wide range of corporate services, including company formation, corporate secretarial and administrative support services, trust services, accounting, payroll, immigration assistance, workspace and banking-related solutions.
Role Description:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong sense of teamwork and a passion for excellence to join our team in the position of Corporate Administrator. As a member of our team focusing on Corporate Administration and Secretarial services you will gain experience and develop strong capabilities through both formal training and working with senior colleagues on administration and corporate secretarial engagements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Correspond with clients, processing their daily administration requests and ensure outstanding client service
- Drafting documents such as board resolutions, power of attorneys and annual returns
- Maintain registers of the company and update client’s records as required under the provisions of the Companies Law
- Handling statutory submissions and filings with the Registrar of Companies
- Liaise with banks in Cyprus and abroad for opening and administrating bank accounts
- Maintain a proper filling system
- Collection and ongoing update of the KYC documents of clients
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
Required qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a same position in an ASP
- Fluency in Greek and English. Any other language will be considered as an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A team player with a hands-on approach
