On behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable professional services firm based in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional looking to further develop their career within a structured and professional corporate services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and company representatives regarding day-to-day corporate administration matters

• Review and maintain KYC files in line with AML regulations and internal compliance procedures

• Prepare, review, and execute corporate and legal documents including resolutions, agreements, and powers of attorney

• Coordinate with lawyers and external advisors for legal documentation and supporting paperwork

• Organize board meetings, attend meetings, and prepare minutes

• Handle bank account openings and liaise with banks regarding FATCA classifications and banking documentation

• Prepare payment instructions, monitor bank accounts, and obtain banking reports

• Incorporate companies, process changes with the Registrar of Companies, and arrange issuance of certificates

• Assist with interest calculations, management accounts, and financial statements preparation

• Liaise with auditors and provide supporting documentation and clarifications during audit procedures

Requirements

• University Degree in Law, Business, Accounting, or another related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Good knowledge of AML legislation and practical application in KYC and transaction reviews

• Understanding of basic accounting principles will be considered an advantage

• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and verbal

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented personality

• Computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
