Construction Foreman at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Construction Foreman.

Salary:

– €2,000–€2,500 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– Construction site

Main duties:

– Supervise site labour and subcontractors and coordinate suppliers and engineers.

– Plan labour, plant and materials against the construction programme.

– Maintain quality, safety, specifications and daily site records.

– Resolve execution issues across concrete, formwork, steelwork and building services.

Requirements:

– At least eight years of relevant site experience.

– Strong practical knowledge of concrete, formwork, steel, earthworks, carpentry and building services.

– Clear communication, organisation, supervision and attention to detail.

– Ability to work independently and enforce safety standards.
