What We Need:

We are seeking a highly experienced Compliance Manager to join our team in the fast-paced and regulated iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products and operations remain fully compliant with regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. You will manage certification processes, liaise with regulators and laboratories, and support licensing requirements to ensure smooth market entry and ongoing compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee product certification processes across multiple global jurisdictions.
• Manage regulatory submissions, approvals, and accreditation for iGaming products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulators, government agencies, and accredited laboratories.
• Monitor evolving technical compliance standards and advise stakeholders on regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits to maintain licenses and certifications.
• Prepare and review technical and administrative documentation to support compliance submissions.
• Provide consultancy to internal teams and partners on jurisdictional compliance requirements.
• Support ISO and quality assurance initiatives to ensure robust internal compliance processes.
• Continuously review, improve, and optimize internal compliance procedures.

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or compliance-related certifications are a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in compliance, regulation, or certification, ideally within iGaming, gaming, or related highly regulated industries.
• Proven track record managing product approvals and certifications in international jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of technical standards, testing procedures, and quality management systems.
• Experience liaising with regulators, laboratories, and compliance consultants.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex compliance requirements.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a geographically distributed team.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English, any 2nd language is a plus!
