What You’ll Do:
As a Compliance Administrator, you will support the compliance team by managing organized physical and digital filing systems, ensuring secure and efficient document storage. Key duties include archiving corporate records, assisting with filings and renewals, liaising with service providers, and handling internal document requests. The role also involves completing regulatory forms, coordinating document execution, maintaining up-to-date corporate records and registers, managing legal documents, and supporting audits or inspections with timely documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Organize and maintain a structured filing system, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage of documents.
- Categorize and archive documents appropriately, such as corporate records, due diligence/screening documents, company licenses, internal policies, and procedural documents.
- Implement logical folder hierarchies and naming conventions to promote consistency and accessibility across departments.
- Assist in preparing corporate filings with the Registrar of Companies and handle necessary registrations and renewals.
- Liaise with local corporate providers for the issuance of corporate documentation.
- Respond to internal requests from other departments for access to corporate documents, ensuring timely and accurate provision of materials.
- Accurately complete a range of forms including corporate, licensing, payment service provider (PSP), and bank application forms using official company information and records for the group’s regulated entities.
- Facilitate the execution of official documents by arranging signatures from authorized signatories, such as directors.
- Regularly review and update corporate records to reflect changes in company structure, licensing, or key personnel.
- Maintain up-to-date registers for shareholders, director and officers.
- Organise and manage corporate documentation, such as minutes of meetings, resolutions, and other legal documents.
- Provide support during audits or regulatory inspections by furnishing relevant documentation promptly.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate administration.
- Holder of an AML certification (e.g. CySEC AML certification) will be considered an advantage.
- Compliance experience will be a plus.
- Knowledge of working with the Registrar of Companies and handling corporate compliance matters.
- Ability to manage mutliple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
- A law degree (LLB) is considered an advantage but not a requirement.
- Good knowledge of the English language.

Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 17:00
