Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Commercial Coordinator – IP, Licensing & Operations (m/f/d).

Main duties:
- Maintain the central contract register, including deadlines, renewals, termination dates, signatures and document filing.
- Prepare and administer country licence agreements and service or marketing sublicences, including fees, royalty statements and licensee reporting.
- Coordinate the trademark and IP-rights portfolio with external patent and trademark advisers.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and liquidity planning, including licence billing, intercompany charges and coordination with accountants, tax advisers and auditors.
- Coordinate international software developers, certification bodies, law firms and other providers on scope, milestones, deliverables, fees and deadlines.
- Support management with decision papers, board and shareholder documents, minutes, follow-up and correspondence with authorities, banks and the Registrar.
- Coordinate GDPR documentation, processor agreements, international data transfers, confidential-document access controls and support for ISO 27001 requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in business administration, business law, finance or a comparable field.
- At least five years of experience in contract management, commercial operations, controlling, or management support at executive level.
- Proven international experience with licence, cooperation or service agreements.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience coordinating external law firms, tax advisers and auditors.
- Fluent negotiation-level written and spoken English.
- Right to work in Cyprus and residence in, or willingness to relocate to, Larnaka.
- Commercial judgement, negotiation ability, discretion and an independent, structured working style.
- Experience with Cyprus IP or fiduciary structures, transfer pricing, the Cyprus IP box, GDPR, CIPP/E, ISO 27001, digital health or software licensing is advantageous.
- German or Greek language skills are advantageous.
Schedule:
- 30–40 hours per week during regular Cyprus office hours.
- Home-office based in Larnaka; this is not a location-independent role.
- Permanent Cyprus employment contract with a six-month probation period.
- Start as soon as possible.
