Location: Noa Beach Restaurant-Limassol
Noa Beach Restaurant is seeking a skilled and motivated Cold Kitchen Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. This full-time position offers the chance to work in a vibrant, beachside restaurant environment, preparing high-quality cold dishes with precision and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the cold kitchen (garde manger) section, preparing salads, starters, dressings, cold appetizers, and other chilled dishes.
- Ensure your section is organized, clean, and operating efficiently during preparation and service.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation at all times.
- Work closely with senior chefs and fellow team members to deliver consistent quality and timing.
- Assist in mise en place and daily prep, contributing to a smooth and effective service.
- Support junior team members within your section as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a cold kitchen or similar setting.
- Solid understanding of cold food preparation, plating, and storage techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
- Professional, reliable, and collaborative approach to teamwork.
