The Client Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in both client acquisition (conversion) and client retention, promoting the company’s products and services through proactive, value-driven engagement. This hybrid role focuses on driving account funding, increasing trading activity, and nurturing long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients. The successful candidate will combine excellent sales skills with a strong client service mindset to ensure a high-quality, compliant, and professional experience at every stage of the client lifecycle. 

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company’s products and services through professional, courteous, and persuasive communication.
  • Proactively manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead engagement to conversion, funding, and retention
  • Drive account conversion efforts by encouraging new clients to fund and actively trade
  • Identify opportunities to convert clients
  • Educate clients on the company’s platforms, systems, and financial products to enhance their trading knowledge and engagement
  • Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with both new and existing clients. 
  • Actively follow up on client queries, providing timely feedback and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on trading volume growth, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring an excellent service experience.
  • Follow up on leads daily to maximize conversion and retention rates, supporting broader business growth objectives.
  • Stay updated on financial markets and share relevant insights to support client trading decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Back Office, Compliance, and Marketing to streamline client processes and support seamless onboarding and servicing.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and client documentation requirements.
  • Complete mandatory training and pursue continuous professional development to maintain industry proficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a hybrid client relationship role, ideally within the Forex or broader financial services industry
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed both conversion and retention KPIs
  • Fluency in the local language of the target market and strong proficiency in written and spoken English, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and etiquette during client interactions
  • A university degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to convert leads into active clients and promote partnership opportunities
  • Outstanding communication and networking abilities, coupled with professionalism and poise when speaking to clients
  • Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis and a solid understanding of the financial markets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools to manage client information and interactions effectively
  • Problem-solving and initiative-taking skills, with the ability to expand business opportunities independently
