This role is about: We are looking for a Client Due Diligence (CDD) Support specialist to assist our CRM team in managing merchant applications and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. You will play a crucial role in handling documentation, verifying data accuracy, and facilitating smooth interactions between internal teams and external partners.

Location: in Limassol Office

Reporting to: Head of CDD

What you will do:

• Handle merchant accounts setup and coordinate between internal stakeholders
• Handle integration with relevant payment rails and manage account users access
• Input and validate fee schedules in internal systems
• Prepare and process contracts, annexes, and related documents
• Issue invoices for onboarding fees
• Track technical support tickets related to account activations
• Oversee additions/terminations of merchant
• Process change requests (bank accounts, fees, settlement setup)

What we’re looking for:

• Education: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in CDD/KYC processes within the financial services or payments sector is an advantage.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and industry standards across relevant jurisdictions.
