Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organization and scheduling of daily cleaning operations.
  • Management, guidance, and performance monitoring of staff.
  • Implementation and supervision of company standards and procedures.
  • Ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolving daily operational issues in the workplace.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree or diploma in Tourism / Hospitality studies or related field.
  • Experience in a similar role (Supervisor or Housekeeper) will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and personnel management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and decision-making ability.
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English languages.
  • Dynamic and professional presence.
