Claims Officer at AIMS International Cyprus

Our client, an insurance organization, is seeking to recruit a Claims Officer based in Nicosia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Investigate Motor Insurance claims
• Handle communication and/or correspondence with involved parties or their representatives
• Conduct visits to accident scenes for measurements and collection of evidence and documentation in all cities, whenever required
• Travel to other cities for the purpose of carrying out duties
• Negotiate with the aim of recovering amounts in favor of the organization
• Collect and enter claims data into the software system

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in handling Motor Insurance claims
• University degree (preferably in Law and/or professional training in Insurance)
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills
• Strong sense of teamwork, collaboration, and responsibility
