Position Overview:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Company and ensuring the seamless functioning of our brokerage services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Forex industry, a deep understanding of operational best practices, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, compliance, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement the company’s strategic goals and initiatives.
- Lead the execution of business strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, including trading, client services, IT, compliance, and risk management.
- Ensure that all operational processes and systems are efficient, scalable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the IT and product development teams to ensure that the company’s trading platforms and technology infrastructure are reliable, secure, and aligned with industry advancements.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and innovative practices to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Continuously assess and mitigate risks associated with trading operations, client activities, and market conditions.
- Ensure that the company provides exceptional customer service, delivering a superior trading experience to clients.
- Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on Forex trading operations.
- Proven track record of success in a senior operations role, preferably as a COO or similar.
- Deep understanding of Forex markets, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with technology-driven operational improvements and innovations.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and best practices.
