Chief Accountant

Kissos Hotel in Paphos is seeking to recruit a Head of the Accounts department on a full time basis.   

Job Description

• Analyze financial data and provide information to support decision-making processes

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, budgets and forecasts

• Reconcile accounts and work with banks

• Payroll

• Work with and control all departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

• Monitor the work of the accounting department and ensure that all records are prepared accurately

• Monitor and analyze trends in financial data

Required Qualifications

• Accounting degree or equivalent

• Experience in financial and accounting management

• Excellent computer and organizational skills

• Very good knowledge of laws and labor issues

• Very good knowledge of the Greek and English language

• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations and labor issues

• At least 5 years of previous experience in the hospitality Industry
