Salary: €1,300–1,600 per month

Job details

– prepare, cook and present dishes within the hot kitchen;

– ensure quality, portion, and presentation standards are met;

– assist in menu planning and daily specials when needed;

– maintain a clean and organised workstation;

– comply with food safety and hygiene regulations; collaborate with the kitchen team for smooth service;

– train and supervise commis chefs;

– ensure smooth kitchen operations under the guidance of the executive chef
