Chef de Partie at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Chef de Partie.

Salary:

– €2,000–€2,300 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site in a hotel kitchen in Limassol

Main duties:

– Cover the Sous Chef when required and supervise kitchen activity.

– Work across sections, follow recipes and prepare dishes from order slips.

– Check daily menus, report shortages and supervise lunch and dinner service.

– Reallocate staff during service and maintain food-quality, hygiene and safety procedures.

Requirements:

– Food Production diploma from a hotel school or relevant experience in a comparable position.

– Excellent knowledge of health, safety and food-hygiene requirements.

– Knowledge of Greek and English.
