CEO (Chief Executive Officer) at Alpha.Jobs

Our partner company, Sidesunny, based in Cyprus, is looking for an experienced CEO to lead strategic growth and build an efficient operational model.

This role is for a hands-on leader who can turn ideas into solid systems: structure processes from scratch, implement standards, build strong teams, and drive sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the company’s strategic goals and action plans

• Oversee day-to-day operations and manage business processes and resources

• Shape and promote corporate culture and values

• Lead negotiations and manage contracts with external partners and suppliers

• Manage senior staff and overall team performance (hiring, training, terminations)

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners

• Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and legal regulations

• Report to the Board of Directors

• Lead the integration of two companies

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as CEO or General Manager

• English at B1 level or above

• Higher education in business, management, economics, or MBA

• Confident user of 1C, Excel, and MS Office

• Proven experience in process design and optimization

• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

• Experience in budgeting and sales performance control

• Strong coordination and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders

• Experience in building and managing teams

• Ability to introduce and monitor internal standards and procedures
