Call Center Agent at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Call Center Agent.

Salary:

• €500–€800 monthly

Work arrangement:

• On-site

Main duties:

• Assist customers by telephone and other support channels and handle orders or enquiries professionally.
• Update customer information in call-centre software.
• Investigate and resolve product or service complaints where possible and follow the required escalation procedures.
• Follow up to confirm complaint resolution.
• Contact customers to collect feedback and report it through the appropriate channels.

Requirements:

• Native-level Greek and fluency in English.
• Relevant experience; previous customer-service experience is a significant advantage.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Punctual, hardworking and reliable approach.
• Adaptability, resilience, efficiency, energy and initiative.
