CAD / Mechanical Designer – Production & CNC at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for CAD / Mechanical Designer – Production & CNC.

Salary:

– €1,500–€2,200 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site with the design and production team in Limassol

Main duties:

– Prepare detailed production, fabrication, shop and installation drawings.

– Convert concepts, architectural drawings and site information into practical manufacturing drawings and CNC-ready files.

– Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models while accounting for tolerances, clearances, fixings, joints and assembly.

– Create simplified SketchUp geometry for acoustic modelling and coordinate designs directly with production.

– Review prototypes and manufactured parts and revise documentation where necessary.

Requirements:

– Very good AutoCAD and good SketchUp skills.

– Ability to read architectural plans, sections and elevations.

– Understanding of dimensions, materials, tolerances and manufacturing constraints.

– Strong accuracy, practical design judgement and communication in Greek and English.

– SolidWorks, sheet metal, CNC, CAD/CAM, DXF or fabrication experience is advantageous.
