Business Development Manager (Team Lead)
On behalf of our client, a growing fintech company, we are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead partner acquisition and support commercial growth. This role involves building and managing a high-performing business development team in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Shape and drive business development plans that align with the company’s overall objectives
· Supervise a team handling partner acquisition, contract negotiation, and ongoing relationship management
· Source, approach, and establish connections with affiliates, IBs, and institutional partners
· Design competitive commercial packages and incentive schemes tailored to partner profiles
· Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to accelerate growth efforts
· Ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system and deliver regular reporting on team performance and KPIs
Requirements:
· At least 3 years of business development experience in the Forex industry
· Demonstrated success in building and maintaining partner networks
· Background in leading or supporting business development, affiliate, or partnership teams
· Proficient with CRM platforms and familiar with operational processes in digital financial environments
· High-level English proficiency (C1+); additional languages such as Spanish, Arabic, or Chinese are advantageous
· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proactive, business-driven mindset
· Organized and execution-focused, with attention to detail
· Confident communicator with strong presentation abilities
