About the Role

We are looking for an independent and motivated Business Development Manager who will work closely with our International Business Development team with the focus on sales growth and nurturing existing relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, and develop and manage key client relationships
  • Key account management – working closely with partners and engaging with them, defining growth plans and scaling opportunities
  • Initiate and develop processes which affect partners’ satisfaction which help meet and exceed organizational expectations
  • Attract new major partners and build a strong relationship
  • Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the Company’s plans
  • Meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
  • Possess the ability to initiate new business proposals, coordinate internal resources, and implement those proposals.
  • Conduct research and look for unexplored commercial and collaborative possibilities
  • Establish connections with various ecosystem participants and projects

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, retention and development of key partners in the Forex market (minimum 2 years in Forex and CFD industry)
  • Knowledge of payment systems/platforms and their restrictions in the target region
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to close deals
  • Strong networking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic is a MUST
  • Must be open to travel to attend industry events and meet with partners
  • Capable of preserving a constructive relationship with partners whilst maintaining a professional personal image that is consistent with the guiding principles of our company.
