Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of meals in terms of planning, cooking and finalising buffet dishes
  • Preparation of all breakfast buffets and correct representation of them
  • Ensure food preparation areas are clean, sanitized and organised
  • Regular check-ups of inventory and stock-up
  • Buffet supervision for correct replenishment of food
  • Aid the kitchen team in any work for the deliverance of the desired results

Capabilities and Requirements:

  • Good understanding of food preparation recipes and ability to follow them
  • Good communication skills and competency in being a part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to fast fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous tasks
