On behalf of our client, a leading and well established company within the FMCG and beverage industry, we are seeking to recruit a Spirits Brand Manager to join their growing team in Cyprus. The company represents a premium portfolio of internationally recognized spirits brands and operates within a dynamic and commercially driven environment focused on market growth, brand development, and strong customer relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and commercially minded professional with experience in the spirits industry who is looking to further develop their career in brand management and market development.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Sales Support

• Achieve agreed sales targets through close coordination with the Sales Department

• Support key accounts and clients with tailored recommendations aligned with their business concept and customer base

• Collaborate with sales teams to support execution across multiple market channels

Trade & Market Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry influencers

• Monitor local and global market trends and translate insights into relevant portfolio actions

• Represent and promote the company’s spirits portfolio within the market

• Support market visibility and brand positioning initiatives

Portfolio & Supplier Management

• Assist in the development and adaptation of the spirits portfolio in line with market trends and company strategy

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and international partners

• Prepare monthly performance reports and maintain effective communication with brand owners and suppliers

Education, Training & Events

• Organize and conduct tastings, training sessions, and presentations for trade partners and clients

• Educate and support internal teams to strengthen product knowledge and sales capabilities

• Coordinate in store activities, activations, and special events

• Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams on promotional campaigns and materials

Requirements

• Extensive experience within the local spirits industry

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles, preferably within FMCG or alcoholic beverages

• Established network and strong relationship building capabilities within the spirits industry will be considered an advantage

• Good understanding of brand marketing, consumer marketing, and trade marketing principles

• Ability to analyze market trends and performance data and translate insights into commercial actions

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, and suppliers

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within a fast paced environment

• High level of independence, initiative, and ownership combined with strong teamwork skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong attention to detail and execution capabilities

• Full professional proficiency in English and Greek
