Bookkeeper / Accountant Vacancy

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper / Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the overall financial operations of the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and post invoices for purchases, expenses, and other financial transactions
  • Process bank and cash payments, including handling bank-related debits
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash flow records
  • Reconcile supplier and customer accounts, resolving any discrepancies
  • Record incoming payments and receipts accurately and in a timely manner
  • Set up and maintain accounts for new suppliers and customers
  • Prepare documentation for audits and assist with year-end journal entries
  • Support financial reporting and provide accurate data to management
  • Assist with general office administration tasks

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with accounting software
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
