Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing and serving cocktails, beverages and coffees to high-quality standards.
Ensuring consistency, presentation and efficiency in all bar operations.
Maintaining excellent knowledge of the beverage menu and product offerings.
Managing bar mise en place, stock levels and equipment.
Collaborating closely with the service team to ensure seamless guest experience.
Maintaining cleanliness, organization and hygiene of the bar area.
Handling guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality.
