DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring accuracy in recipes and consistency in taste, presentation, and quality Interact warmly with guests, take orders, and create personalized drink experiences.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, specialties, and current mixology trends.
Recommend beverages and pairings through confident suggestive selling and menu knowledge.
Collaborate with the Bar Manager and service team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Oversee stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and restock bar supplies as needed.
Follow strict hygiene, health, and safety standards and regulations.
Verify legal drinking age and promote responsible alcohol service at all times.
Execute all opening, daily, and closing duties in alignment with operational standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Bar Manager or Food & Beverage leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Bartender in a luxury hotel, fine dining venue, or high-end cocktail bar.
Sufficient knowledge of mixology, garnishing, and drink presentation techniques.
Fluency in English required; additional languages are considered an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
