Bartender

We are looking for new team members for the position of Bartender to join our sophisticated fine-dining restaurant & bar, a project built on hospitality, gastronomy, and genuine human connection.
This role goes beyond mixing drinks.

Skills & Knowledge We Value: Passion for hospitality, beverages, and bar culture Strong teamwork mindset and collaborative spirit Previous experience as a Bartender in fine-dining or high-end restaurant/bar environments Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar service standards Interest in product knowledge, storytelling, and continuous learning Very good command of English, for confident communication with international guests Professional attitude, attention to detail, and calm performance under pressure • Mindset focused on development, consistency, and excellence.
