BARISTA — NEW OPENING IN PAPHOS city centre, CYPRUS

The Miners Coffee is coming to Paphos. And we’re looking for baristas to build our new team from day one.

We’re a specialty coffee brand with locations across Europe, focused on great coffee, strong standards, and people who actually care about what they do.

Our new Paphos location is planned to open in October 2026, and we’re hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO❔

• Prepare espresso-based drinks, filter coffee and other drinks from our menu
• Work with specialty coffee and professional equipment
• Basic sandwich/snacks preparation
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
• Keep the bar clean, organized and ready for action
• Follow The Miners quality and service standards
• Be part of the opening team and help us build the right atmosphere from day one

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR❔

• Previous barista or hospitality experience is a plus, but not a must
• You’re reliable, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• You enjoy working with people and being part of a team
• You care about quality and don’t believe that “good enough” is good enough

🧑🏽‍💻NO SPECIALTY COFFEE EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM.

Every new team member goes through a 4-day training with a trainer from The Miners Academy.

The training covers the fundamentals of specialty coffee, espresso preparation, milk steaming, workflow, equipment, customer service and, of course, The Miners standards.

We’ll give you the knowledge. You bring the attitude.
