Barista at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Barista.

Salary:

– €1,350–1,650 gross per month for full-time work, plus tips.

Employment type:

– Full-time and part-time positions available.

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Nicosia.

Main duties:

– Prepare espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, tea and iced drinks.

– Explain beans, brewing methods and menu choices to customers.

– Operate, clean and maintain coffee equipment.

– Use the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card payments accurately.

– Deliver friendly service and maintain excellent sanitation in preparation and seating areas.

– Participate in training and work collaboratively toward café goals.

Requirements:

– Barista or similar experience is preferred.

– Strong interest in coffee and willingness to learn.

– Excellent communication, customer engagement and teamwork.

– Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.

– Availability for varying shifts, weekends and holidays.

Schedule:

– Eight-hour shifts for full-time roles.
