We are currently looking for friendly, professional, and service-oriented Bar Waiters/Waitress to join our team at NALU Hotel in Latsi. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service to all bar guests.
• Prepare and maintain the bar’s mise en place before each service.
• Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift.
• Serve beverages promptly and accurately while handling guest orders and payments.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the beverage menu, cocktails, wines, beers, and pricing to confidently assist guests.
• Promote beverage specials, food offerings, and hotel events to maximize guest satisfaction and sales.
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor concerns, referring more complex issues to the Head Barman when necessary.
• Monitor bar equipment and report any maintenance or operational issues.
• Comply with all hotel Health & Safety procedures, hygiene standards, and GDPR requirements.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Bar Waiter/Waitress in a hotel, bar, or restaurant.
• Good command of both Greek and English.
• Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and food pairing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive and approachable attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
