Back Office Administrator (Western Union) at GAP VASSILOPOULOS GROUP

GAP Vassilopoulos Group, one of the leading employers in Cyprus, is seeking to recruit a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Administrator to join the Western Union team at our Head Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

This role plays an important part in supporting the daily operations of Western Union services, ensuring that back-office processes, documentation, and internal procedures are handled efficiently and accurately while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle and process rate requests submitted by customers.
• Communicate with agents abroad to obtain the required rates and information.
• Generate accurate quotations based on the rates received from agents and send them to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively follow up with customers to track the status of quotations, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Shipping, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry and processing.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
