Back Office Administrator (Payment Services) at GAP VASSILOPOULOS GROUP

GAP Vassilopoulos Group, one of the 25 largest employers in Cyprus, is currently seeking to recruit a Back Office Administrator (Payment Services) to join our Head Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

This role plays an important part in supporting the payment services team by ensuring the smooth onboarding of merchants and maintaining high compliance standards.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process for card acquiring services
• Collect, review, and validate client documentation in line with regulatory and company requirements
• Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) checks in accordance with compliance standards
• Accurately set up merchant accounts in internal systems
• Liaise with Sales, Compliance, and Customer Support teams
• Monitor pending applications and follow up with clients for outstanding documentation
• Ensure all data is recorded, stored, and maintained in the internal system
• Provide support in process improvements and contribute to enhancing the onboarding customer experience

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in Greek and English
