GAP Vassilopoulos is currently seeking to recruit a passionate and skilled Back Office Administrator in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle and process rate requests submitted by customers
  • Communication with agents abroad
  • Generate accurate quotations based on rates received from agents and send them to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively follow up with customers to track the status of quotations, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High School Degree or Diploma
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Shipping or in any other related field will be considered an advantage
  • Previous relevant experience of 2 – 3 years will be a plus 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Fluency in Greek & English Language
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry and processing
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
