What You’ll Do:

As a Back Office & Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s back-office operations and financial processes. Your duties will include onboarding new clients by verifying documentation and setting up accounts, as well as managing all client-related financial transactions such as deposits and withdrawals. Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential, as you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant business operations.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Client Onboarding: Review and verify client documentation, including KYC/AML checks, to ensure compliance with regulatory onboarding requirements.
  • Client Account Maintenance: Maintain and update client records, monitor account activity for compliance and accuracy, and perform Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) when necessary.
  • Process Client Transactions: Accurately and promptly process incoming and outgoing client transactions, coordinating with payment providers, banks, and internal finance teams.
  • Client Support and Communication: Respond to client inquiries via email regarding account setup, funding, withdrawals, and general account maintenance.

Skills & Traits

  • Strong attention to detail, especially when processing transactions and handling sensitive client data
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Awareness of regulatory and compliance standards (KYC/AML/EDD) is considered a plus
  • Strong sense of common sense and sound judgment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills, particularly in client-facing or support roles
  • Team player with a discreet and reliable approach to handling confidential information
  • Highly organized and capable of multitasking
  • Proactive and service-oriented mindset

Qualifications

  • A diploma in Finance, Business, or a related field is considered an advantage
  • No specific prior industry experience required
  • Background in client communication or customer service is desirable
  • This role is ideal for individuals seeking to enter the financial services industry

Tools & Systems

  • Knowledge of standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) is a must.
  • CRM or back-office systems used for client relationship management
  • Payment processing platforms
  • KYC/AML verification tools
  • Trading platforms (experience is a plus)

 

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 and 16:00 – 00:00 on a weekly rotational basis.
  • Weekend days are flexible in terms of days and hours (Optional)
  • Public Holidays are applicable on a rotational basis

*Weekends and Public holidays are compensated at an additional rate.
