Assistant Store Manager – Polemidia, Limassol at UMAMI Sushi and Pan Asian

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Polemidia, Limassol store, supporting the Store Manager in leading the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Your Role

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Ensure high standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Supervise and motivate team members during shifts
• Assist in staff scheduling and ensure proper staffing levels
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and operational performance
• Support cost control and help achieve business targets
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and labour laws
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance follow-ups
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Support administrative tasks and reporting as required

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Fluency in Greek is essential; good command of English required
• Customer-focused with a hands-on and proactive approach
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Cyprus health & safety, food hygiene, and labor laws
