Assistant Store Manager — Limassol at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Assistant Store Manager.

Salary:

– €1,500–2,010 monthly in total potential compensation.

– The stated base is €1,500–1,600 gross monthly, with a performance bonus of up to €410 monthly.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– On-site in a sports-fashion retail store.

Main duties:

– Support day-to-day store operations and compliance with procedures.

– Maintain high customer satisfaction, handle enquiries and help resolve complaints.

– Build client relationships and support loyalty initiatives.

– Train, coach and motivate colleagues and help deliver regular learning sessions.

– Support recruitment and team development.

– Maintain a safe and healthy workplace and keep the team informed about products, policies and procedures.

– Monitor productivity and KPIs, analyse reports and help plan staffing resources.

– Coordinate with marketing, visual-merchandising and commercial teams.

– Ensure products, mannequins, displays and windows follow visual-merchandising guidelines.

Requirements:

– University degree or equivalent qualification.

– At least 2–3 years managing a standalone retail store or department-store floor.

– Excellent English and computer skills.

– Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

– Numerical and analytical ability to monitor KPIs.

– Microsoft Office proficiency.

– Leadership, business orientation and an energetic, motivating style.

– Customer-service focus and knowledge of business-management processes.

– Passion for sports and fashion and willingness to learn.
