Assistant Restaurant Manager / Delivery Operations Supervisor — Nicosia

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for a reliable and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager / Delivery Operations Supervisor to join a restaurant team in Engomi, Nicosia.

This is a full-time position for someone who understands the fast pace of the restaurant industry, can handle daily operations with confidence, and has previous experience working with delivery platforms such as Foody, Wolt and Bolt.

Salary: €1.50k – €1.75k / month

Position

• Full-time position
• Approximately 45 hours per week
• 5 or 6 working days per week
• Standard working days include Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the restaurant’s daily operations, assist with team coordination, manage delivery platform orders, help maintain service quality and ensure smooth communication between the kitchen, delivery platforms and customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising daily restaurant operations during shifts
• Managing and monitoring orders from Foody, Wolt and Bolt
• Coordinating with kitchen staff and delivery drivers
• Ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time
• Supporting customer service and handling order-related issues
• Assisting with staff coordination and shift organization
• Helping maintain high standards of cleanliness, service and efficiency
• Supporting the management team with day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience with delivery platforms such as Foody, Wolt and Bolt is required.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, takeaway, delivery or hospitality environment will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, reliable and hands-on attitude.
• Ability to work weekends, especially Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Good knowledge of English and/or Greek will be considered an advantage.
