Assistant Restaurant Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for an à la carte hospitality operation in Famagusta.

Main duties:

– Support restaurant opening and closing procedures.

– Induct and mentor new staff members.

– Prepare shifts and allocate tables to service staff.

– Resolve guest questions and complaints professionally.

– Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

– Help source and replace operational resources and equipment.

– Record income and expenses and ensure cash registers balance.

Requirements:

– Relevant experience in a similar position.

– Understanding of hospitality-management practices and applicable regulations.

– Excellent written and spoken Greek and English; Russian or German is an advantage.

– Strong customer-service, communication and listening skills.

– Excellent problem-solving and multitasking ability.

– Professional presentation and a collaborative attitude.

– Ability to work flexible hours.
