About the Role At KAFKAS, Cable Solutions are at the core of powering infrastructure, industrial facilities, commercial buildings and energy projects through reliable cable systems and connectivity solutions.
We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager – Cable Solutions to join our Buying team and support the development and commercial performance of product categories related to power, control, data and special cables, cable accessories and cable management solutions.
This is a great opportunity for a professional with analytical thinking, commercial mindset and interest in electrical infrastructure solutions, who wants to grow in product management and develop expertise in the cable market.
Key Responsibilities Support Product Managers in the daily monitoring and development of cable product categories Analyze sales, pricing, stock and market data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement Assist in product portfolio management, including product updates, new product launches and category performance tracking Participate in pricing, margin and commercial actions through data preparation and analysis Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to collect product information, technical specifications and commercial updates Work closely with Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing and other teams to strengthen product availability, promotional actions and category performance Prepare reports, presentations and product-related material to enable business decisions and internal communication Gradually develop solid understanding of the category, its products and market dynamics, while gradually taking on increased responsibilities.
